Return Policy / Guarantee
Merchandise Returns
Any returns or exchanges of non plant merchandise must have original receipt and be within 15 days of purchase. Products must be in condition that they left the store in unless the return is due to defect. Return based on defect is at our discretion.
Tree/Shrub/Perennial/Annual Returns
We can not offer any guarantee on plants after they leave our property. We would love to talk and answer any questions about the planting or care of any plant upon purchase. If you have any issues after purchase, contact us as soon as possible, so we can troubleshoot what may be impacting the health of the plant.
